In addition, we can also design for you for free, just let us know your logo ideas.

Q:Does the 360 photo booth include a power bank?
A:Dear customer: Our photo booth package does not include the batteries and power bank, we are not able to ship batteries with the photo booth due to lithium battery shipping restrictions, you can buy them on your local store or other e-commerce platforms.
Does not include:
1. 23A 12V battery: for 360 remote control.
2. CR2025 battery: for remote control for led lights.
3. Power Bank with USB Port: for LED Ring Light.

A:After you place an order, we will send out non-customized products within 1-3 days, and the shipping time is 3-4 working days.
Customized products are shipped within 3-5 days, and shipping time is 6-8 days.

A: Don't need to worry about this, , people can stand stably on the 360 platform while it rotates. The design of the platform takes into consideration the stability and safety of users during the rotation. The rotation speed is typically calibrated to ensure a smooth and controlled experience, minimizing any shaking or discomfort for the individuals being photographed.
Q: Can I adjust the height and the angle of the pole?
A: Yes, both the height and angle can be adjusted. Adjustable length can be ranged from 15.7 inches to 61 inches and the adjustable angle from 36 degrees to 156 degree.
