Refund policy
If you would like to return the item, we have made the return process super easy.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of your purchase to make a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return fees and address:
You have to pay for the return shipping fee and any other expenses that may arise, such as bank fees, customs duties, etc.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@evegogo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepte

These categories cannot be returned/exchanged
1. Items that have been used or installed.
2. Products with missing labels or accessories.
3. I do not like / no longer need it.

How to make a return?
1. Contact us at support@evegogo.com and provide images to proof the items are in the original package.
2. After we confirm the status of the goods, we will send you the return shipping label. Please attach the return shipping label to the outer packaging of the return item.
3. Confirm with us that the return items and return labels are ready, and our agreed express delivery service will come to pick up the items. Please keep your phone open during this period.
4. After we receive the returned goods, we will check the condition of the goods. If the goods are in good condition, we will refund the payment in the original way. Please note that if the condition of the goods is inconsistent with the evidence of their status you previously provided, you will not be able to receive a refund.
5.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We will refund your money minus shipping fees and the 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. If you return the goods without contacting us, you will not be able to receive a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at support@evegogo.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, mail us back your item.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, Or Used?
You can only return items that are unworn, unused, undamaged, have the original tags attached and package intact.
Non-Returnable Items
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: custom item, 360 photo booth, photo booth flight case, mirror photo booth, camera photo booth, photo booth shell and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
Important Notice
1.Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the Evegogo by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items.
2.If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
3.Buyers will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.For incorrect or defective shipments, the item must be returned in new condition and packaging within 48 hours of receiving it in order to be eligible for a refund.
5.If your shipment arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide photos. It's important to note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost revenue resulting from damages caused by the shipping carrier.
6.We will not accept refund requests from customers due to logistical delays, shipments being held up in transit, or other shipping issues.
7.Once the goods have been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, we do not accept refund requests for goods in transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@evegogo.com.
Shipping
Please send us an email at support@evegogo.com for instructions on how to mail your product to us.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Consumer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our facilities.
International shipments: Once we ship out your goods and offer you the tracking NO., but you fail to communicate with the shipping company to do Customs Clearance and receive the goods when it arrives in your country, the shipping company will destroy your package and you won't get refunded from us. And we won't take the item back or reimburse you for the cost of the item or shipping.
